I've always gravitated toward men who have their OWN issues with women because I relate (I have issues with men that don't come from any part of my culture, but from personal experience). That - I finally figured out last year - is why I don't connect with anybody. I'm intrigued with guys who, by definition, can't feel comfortable with me. Eh, well.

I find that I apparently scare the bejeebers out of all the guys who find me attractive (at least the ones who finally work up the nerve to let me know they like me). I wish I could figure out what it is about me that makes them nervous.
