I, too, think that the secret, whatever it is, is weighing heavily on Dean and affecting how he is relating to Sam--not really in a negative way, if that makes any sense, but in maybe making him more reserved with his brother. I'm really hoping once the secret is out that Dean will realize how much they both need eachother--and that Sam doesn't lose that at the same point Dean finds it again.
