Yeah, a couple months back I went in and tried on frames. I narrowed it down to two: one with clip-on, one without. I wanted clip-on but still with a plastic frame - my prescription is pretty bad, so wire-rimmed or rimless glasses don't really work for me (at least not that I'm comfortable with). :(
Still, I like the ones I picked out and can't wait to get them. I love wearing my contacts, because I actually do like my eyes, but I'm always bloodshot and they look terrible anyway. I figured I'll probably start wearing the glasses more if I like the frames more.
I was going to spring for glasses with sunglass clip-ons, but they no longer carry that frame, so I had to go with second runner up.
*g* I can imagine. I carry a complete set of extra keys in my pocketbook because I locked myself out of my car and/or my house several times 20+ years ago. I was determined it would never happen again. *g*
That's why I stashed a spare. The only problem? I only have one key to access the building, and I didn't have that either. Hence the awkward lingering outside the building. Heh. I'm still embarrassed about it, but it's not nearly as bad as leaving the keys in the lock all night (or leaving the office keys in the office lock). Oy vey.
