Yeah, I meant to mention that in my current apartment, I have one driver who will bring the packages upstairs to my door, which is really nice, though the other drivers generally slap a notice and run. So you're right, it's partly up to the drivers. But it's also up to the company to get them doing what they're supposed to do.
