Lady, put some trousers on!
I do not ever, ever want to see Lumpy Lady outside futzing with her garbage/recycling bins, sans any sort of garments for her bottom half again. I certainly don't want to see her bend over and display said clothing-less bottom half.

Reminded me of #325 back at the Vermin, a smelly, old, mentally ill woman who'd roam the halls wearing nothing but a short T-shirt. And I mean nothing. Back in the arson days, I feared she'd wear that when we all had to take to the streets while the hunky firemen cleared the building.
