Dear CSI powers that be,

You are all really dumb. Let me tell you why:

1) You tease us with angst for a loved character, and in reality give us none.
2) Ho-hum, just another case or two. Not even interesting ones!
3) Grissom and Sara just nonchalantly end up in bed with no real reason and/or believable circumstances to bring them to that point? Yeah...not buying it.
4) You can't seem to find proper balance with your cast.
5) Grissom and Sara together = total squickfest and he at least knows better than to dip his pen in company ink. FCOL, that's been his stance for 6 years. Why change something that makes sense for something that makes us retch?
6) You've annoyed some of your fan base at the worst possible time now that 'everyonelovesGrey'sAnatomy!!1!' is going head to head with you next year. Smart move. Really brilliant.
7) Male corsetting. Ooh. Shocking.
8) There are lots of people who really don't see chemistry between Grissom and Sara, so seeing them in anywhere near the bed is kind of like realizing that your parents actually do...that. Yucky!

And in conclusion, Grissom looked ridiculous in those jammies.

Sincerely,

Me

Between CSI and Without a Trace and NCIS...I think that the network has a mole somewhere in their higher levels who's trying to destroy their top-rated shows.

It will make it much easier to tune in to Supernatural next year though...

Add my name to that letter.

I'm not a regular viewer per se -- I didn't really start watching until it was in repeats on Spike, so I've seen things out of order -- but the Grissom/Sara thing always squicked me. I did like that Grissom seemed to be standing his ground. So why the hell change that, especially without any explanation for it?

I was amused by them being all "what's up with the hourglass figure?" I go to a lot of ren faires and read a lot about historical reenactors who are really into their hobby, so as soon as they revealed it, I knew what was going on. No shock there.

It's Sam and Jack all over again...
