I'm struggling with this myself. I've increased my exercise by a ton (Curves), and it's really not helping as far as I can see. Okay, it is...maybe. *g* It's allowing me to eat a little more without gaining even more weight. *g* To really lose, yeah, I think I'm going to have to cut down to the "miserable" part. Or...I don't know. I am losing weight when I'm very, very careful, but very, very, very slowly. And...I can't afford to stay this fat. *g*
