I've been glad that my hairstyle has always remained "pull it back and forget about it," because I've escaped all the hairdresser angst. I'm too old for it too, but it beats tickling tendrils.

None of our current cats seemed too bothered about the fireworks. Pippin-cat used to slink through the house looking for a crevice to hide in, poor thing.
