I finally got my first ER bill. Did I mention that? Well, everyone keeps telling me to get the hospital to write it off. I could go that route, but honestly - I have the money due to tax refund, I just resent that I have to spend it this way. So going to beg off and claiming pauperhood just doesn't seem like the most honest thing to do. I will pay it and stop whining that I had to pay it. I swear, no more whining. Interesting story, though: the urgent care doc who saw me is apparently notoriously awful and almost killed my neighbor by not reading his chart and giving him something he's super allergic to. If I were going to try to weasel out of a payment, it would be to send her my bill. Hah.

Annual physical tomorrow. Good timing - I used the last of my migraine meds yesterday and have been mostly prone all day. Went for a walk in the hopes it would help. Not so much. The Rx/refills expired two days ago.
