Caramel and Pickle
Another post from me - pictures I forgot I took of the gift I gave to colleagues this year. I did homemade dulce de leche, which is easy and cheap.
Just bought four cans of sweetened condensed milk, a dozen 4 oz canning jars and lids. Each can of milk makes three jars of caramel. You just fill the jars, then put them in a slow cooker for ten hours on low. Voila! Looks fancy, is so, so simple.
And Pickle is officially better. Yesterday, she ran up to Hank and walloped him for no reason. That's my girl!
