Dress shopping

I've decided to be proactive and start looking for an appropriate dress for my lil' sister's wedding this May. I've got two contenders at the moment, both that come with certain problems...well, the dresses are fine. The problem is me trying to look good in them. A curse upon cap sleeves. I've had fat arms since I was fifteen, damnit, how am I going to get them in shape by May?
