Also, eczema

Blech, it's been ages since I've had a flare up but right now the index finger of my right hand is so itchy, swollen and painful (knuckle is very stiff and fat) it's really bugging me. Middle finger's not quite as bad, but still very tender. I can never figure out what triggers it, or how to make it go away faster. I have to just ride it out. :/

I wonder if being in a funk can bring on eczema? At least mine has always been relatively mild.


Tomorrow, I must be sure to exit my house for more than the thirty seconds it takes to retrieve my mail.
